Angelo Fongoli represents the fourth generation of winemakers at the Fongoli family estate. Since he has taken the reins, the estate has developed a more diverse farming culture with a strong focus on biodynamic techniques. Today, it encompasses nearly 40 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, forested land, and natural truffle production.
The Biancofongoli opens with aromas of pear, yellow apple, citrus peel and white flowers. The palate is vibrant and finely textured with flavors of orchard fruit and lemon zest that are carried by a distinct mineral and saline thread on a savory finish. Sip and enjoy with linguini and clams or white bean and kale soup.
