Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy
The wines of Elisabetta Foradori are bursting with life and expression and the "Teroldego Dolomiti" is no exception. Since taking over her family's winery at the age of 19, Elisabetta has worked tirelessly to produce some of the highest quality natural wines in the world. The grape, Teroldego, is an ancient variety native to the alpine Trentino region and was first documented by name in 1383. Velvety aromas of mulled cherries, pine and cedar entrance the nostrils while the palate dances with pomegranate, dried flowers and black currants. Pair this wine with aged Stilton, shish kebabs or soy marinated rib-eye.
