Entering barrel at 120 proof and aged for an average of 3 years, it is a marriage of 25% New York Rye & 75% Indiana Rye. Post aging, these spirits are blended together for consistency of flavor profile and proofed down to 46% before bottling. Fort Hamilton ‘Double Barrel’ is non-chilled filtered, leading to additional texture and complexity.
