BLUE Gin from Forthave Spirits derives its name from the use of a fully matured blue juniper rather than the green, unripened berries classically used for the London Dry style. It uses 18 botanicals featuring juniper, grapefruit, mint, coriander, cardamom, lavender, cubeb berries, angelica, and orris root and is produced using an organic, non-GMO sugarcane spirit from Brazil.
