TASTING NOTES

This Oregon Grüner is bright and mineral-driven with aromas of white pepper, green apple and fresh herbs. On the palate, it’s dry and crisp, showing lemon-lime citrus, subtle pear and a touch of saline minerality, all wrapped in a smooth texture and vibrant acidity. Anything fried would be a tasty pairing -schnitzel, tempura vegetables, fried seafood or a simple salad.
