This robust red blend has bold scents of dark fruit, warm spice and a touch of oak. The palate has a surge of ripe plum and black fruit mingling with toasted pastry, cedar and a hint of balsamic on a nicely structured finish. Pair this Spanish red with beef stew, Mexican food or an aged cheddar or smoked gouda.
