TASTING NOTES

Delicate aromas of golden apple, almond milk and crushed rocks add complexity and depth to an aromatic profile. The palate has a creamy mouthfeel with flavors of lemon-lime fruit, yellow gooseberry, meadow herbs and subtle elderflower with lively acidity. Not your everyday sauvignon blanc, this Austrian sauvignon blanc is lush and elegant and will pair nicely with Eggs Florentine, asparagus and white meat or served as an aperitif.
