Bacchus is thought to beacross between Riesling, Silvaner and Müller-Thurgau. It has an aromatic profile with elderflower, gooseberry and fresh-cut grass. It is crisp and dry with notes of lime zest, green apple and herbaceous undertones. This refreshing and easy-going white pairs well with Thai food or vegetarian dishes.
