TASTING NOTES

Rich and complex, toasted popcorn, yellow plum and crushed rock intrigue the senses while flavors of honeyed cereal, poached pear, bruised apple, dried herbs and subtle saline minerality emerge on the palate. It's lush, full bodied, has a bit of weight and would be delicious with roasted chicken, creamy pasta or richer seafood dishes.
