TASTING NOTES

Agricola I Fabbri is an organic, family-owned winery in the high-altitude Lamole region of Chianti Classico. The estate is run by sisters Susanna and Maddalena Grassi and has been in their family since 1620. 

 

The Lamole is known for its refined character with a lifted, elegant profile. It has lovely fragrances of Marasca cherry, raspberry and red currant interlaced with pressed red flowers, subtle spice and underbrush. Succulent, small red berries and floral notes merge with iron-tinged nuances, crushed herbs and fine-grained tannin delivering a vivacious, juicy finish.
