This lovely expression of sparkling gamay has refined aromas of peony, brioche and wild cherry with delicate fruit and floral tones. A gentle mousse reveals flavors of wild strawberry, brioche, red currant, lemon zest and a hint of crushed chalk on a lingering finish. The subtle brioche and stone-mineral notes make it charmingly complex as an apéritif before dinner.
