This is a traditional Georgian amber wine with a deep amber hue due to the extended skin and lees contact that has been aged in the traditional qvevri (clay amphora) vessels. An alluring bouquet shows scents of apricot, persimmon and chamomile with even a bit of fermented Meyer lemon. The palate is rich and broad with lots of dried apricot, pear skin and tamarind notes mixed with dried herbs, spice and dusty tannin.
