TASTING NOTES

This naturally made syrah opens with a vibrant, expressive nose of fresh raspberry, black cherry and blackberry, layered with subtle notes of white pepper and granite-driven minerality. Pure and lifted, a juicy and supple palate reveals a core of ripe red and black berry fruit with white pepper and faint herbal tones on the finish with silky tannin. It's approachable and easy to drink and can be enjoyed with grilled halloumi with herbs, duck rillettes or a tomato tart.
