TASTING NOTES

Made with Grenache Blanc lightly macerated on Muscat of Alexandria skins, this wine shows notes of apricot, pear, citrus and a touch of slate. The palate leans into baked apple, lime zest and a hint of ginger spice. It’s complex but easy to drink, with bright acidity, a balanced feel and a fresh finish. Light orange in color, it's a great match for richer dishes or aged cheeses.
