Le Machin is a second project from Craig Winchester and Mike Roth at Lo-Fi Wines who aim to bring honest expressions preserving the natural character of the grape with minimal intervention. This playful blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay is a nod to the Burgundian style of Passe-Tout-Grains. It's a juicy, peppery delight with silky sensations of cherry cola, brambly raspberry, sasparilla and baking spices with a mineral flair. This is an enticing solo sipper and can be enjoyed with a good book, a movie or unwinding after work.
