Lelouvier Vieux Calvados

Lelouvier has become one of the most respected names in Normandy, particularly as a specialist of old and rare bottles. Accumulated over generations, the old Calvados vintages blend the subtle fragrances of apples with the spice of the wood, and have cemented this house's reputation as a timeless standard in France’s finest restaurants.

 

The Vieux is a blend of Calvados aged over three years in old oak casks made from apples and pears. It has cinnamon spiced fruit and would be delicious after dinner with or with out desserts or even paired with a plate of cheese such as Camembert.
