TASTING NOTES

Offering scents of citrus confit, ripe pear and honey crisp apple, this Chenin unfolds in the mouth, dry and zesty with fleshy white fruit and light florals. This gives way to a crisp structure with nice mineral notes, a dash of saline and refreshing acidity. It can be paired with freshwater fish, sweet and sour pork or a goat cheese and shrimp quesadilla with verde sauce.
