TASTING NOTES

The Octobre is a bright, juicy, chillable red bursting with fresh cherry, raspberry and red currant, lifted by subtle floral notes and a hint of spice. Light-to medium-bodied with soft tannin and lively acidity, it’s energetic, slightly wild and very easy to drink, especially with a light chill. Pair it with charcuterie, grilled sausages, roast chicken, pizza, or roasted vegetables—an ideal wine for casual meals and sharing at the table.
