TASTING NOTES

Les Vins Pirouettes is a collective project of like-minded winemakers from Alsace. Launched by the renowned Christian Binner, this group of twenty (give or take) organic & biodynamic growers showcase Alsatian varietals in the delightfully patchwork terroir that makes up the region. This Pinot Noir blend comes from Pierre Bannwarth. It's bright ruby in the glass with aromas of red berries, subtle floral tones and a hint of spice. The palate is juicy and light-bodied, with notes of red cherry and raspberry, and finishes with smoky minerality and subtle aromatics. Serve this wine slightly chilled alongside grilled ribs or rosemary chicken.
