TASTING NOTES

Winemaker Christian Binner established the ‘Les Vins Pirouettes’ label as a resource for organic and biodynamic grape growers to bottle their own wines, rather than sell their grapes to cooperatives. The Eros by Raphael has 10 days of skin contact resulting in an orange wine that offers aromas of baked fruit and spice carrying through to zesty citrus and tropical fruit flavors with an herbaceous, saline, medium tannin finish. It's a refreshing sipper and always a crowd pleaser.
