TASTING NOTES

Winemaker Christian Binner established the ‘Les Vins Pirouettes’ label as a resource for organic and biodynamic grape growers to bottle their own wines, rather than sell their grapes to cooperatives. The Eros by Vincent has 14 days of skin contact. It's an aromatic orange that offers scents of jasmine, baked fruit and spice. The palate has zesty citrus and tropical fruit flavors with an herbaceous, saline and slightly textured finish. It's a refreshing sipper and always a crowd pleaser, and can be sipped with spicy Southeast Asian dishes.
