This Rosé Pét-Nat is hand-harvested from vines that were planted in 1976 in limestone and clay-flint soils. It has soft aromas of strawberry-banana cream, clean grapefruit and sports zippy acidity. Flavors of tart strawberry and cherry yogurt with minerality are displayed in spades. Balanced, ripe and super easy to drink! -Winemaker's Notes
