TASTING NOTES

Founded by Chris Butler and Draga Zheleva, the project is known for intentional, high-precision cool-climate wines that explore the varietal diversity found in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. The white blend is named after the iconic Heceta Head lighthouse on the Oregon coast. It is a light-bodied, highly precise white blend showcasing expressive notes of peach, nectarine, chamomile, and honey anchored by saline minerality and an energetic, mouth-watering acidity. Sip this with fish and chips, crab cakes or seasonal salads with goat cheese.
