TASTING NOTES
Schiava is a versatile, light- to medium-bodied dry red wine with juicy fruit, fine tannins and a backbone of refreshing acidity. It has notes of wild forest fruits, crushed cherry and strawberry, smoke and black pepper. It's ideal with South Tyrolean speck, smoked ham and cheese on ciabatta and grilled fish. Because of its seductive lightness, it's also perfect as a solo entertainer!
