Winemaker, Fabrizio Iuli, grew up around restaurants and winemaking. His mother ran a restaurant that his grandmother opened in 1942 while his grandfather tended to a hectare of Barbara on the hillside behind the home and residing restaurant. As a boy, Fabrizio learned from his father and grandfather about viticulture and winemaking. After a stint as a jewelry designer, Fabrizio returned to his home and decided to follow his passion for wine. A lighter expression of Barbera, this wine's nose will conjure up accents of vanilla, nutmeg and blueberry with flavors of lavender, anise and prune expanding on the palate and lingering on the tongue.
