Maule Valley, Chile
Mahu was born because of winemaker Pablo Morandé’s efforts to achieve recognition for each appellation in Chile. This value driven wine comes from one of the most talented winemakers in South America and is sourced from the Maule Valley, where the soils allow for the distinct minerality and structure in this wine. Zesty notes of citrus and crisp pear combine with aromas of fresh cut green grass finishing with a stony, steely mineral edge. This is a wine that can be sipped on it's own our would pair nicely with a spinach and goat cheese omelet with tomatillo sauce or chicken piccata.
