Bárbara Monteiro and her team at Mainova use sustainable practices in their vineyards and olive groves, resulting in fertile land that produces fresh wines from Alentejo. In one of the hottest regions in Portugal, the grapes are hand-harvested by moonlight to preserve fruit quality. Tropical and fresh with juicy acidity, pair this wine with pasta or grilled pork chops.
