The 'Le Morillon' Pinot Noir is a refined, small-production red from the Bugey region in Savoy. It opens with bright aromas of cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry, layered with light notes of dried herbs, forest floor and gentle French oak spice from 10 months in barrel. On the palate, it’s light to medium-bodied with silky tannins, vibrant acidity and a mineral lift that reflects the limestone-rich terroir. Elegant, balanced and quietly complex, this Pinot Noir is perfect with roast chicken, charcuterie or simply on its own.
