TASTING NOTES

This dry Italian white has delicate floral notes and aromas of yellow pulp fruits. Structured and vibrant it offers notes of ripe apricot, peach skin, and citrus zest layered with hints of chamomile and salty almond. It has bright acidity, a textured mouthfeel and a subtle, savory mineral finish calling for tuna carpaccio, fried calamari, or linguine with clams.
