This Roussanne-based white offers a complex nose with scents of honeycomb, flint and ripe stone fruits. A creamy, textured palate reveals white peach, gentle honey and a distinct limestone-driven character that is finished with a hint of fresh herbs. It's a stunning white wine and would be a sublime pairing with grilled lobster, seared scallops and buttery shellfish or a classic match for the complex flavors of a traditional bouillabaisse.
