TASTING NOTES

This wine is made primarily from Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains from an old, abandoned vineyard in Ardèche that winemaker Martin Texier helped bring back to life. Bright and crisp with soft bubbles, this pét nat has a floral nose with refreshing flavors of green apple, pear and citrus with a limestone and chalk finish. It's aromatic and bone dry and would be a great bottle to snag for casual sipping at a Sunday brunch.
