TASTING NOTES

This Torrontés comes from 40 year old vines grown at high altitudes, 1,000 meters above sea level, in the Uco Valley. It is crisp and aromatic with vibrant scents of fresh jasmine and rose petal layered with stone fruit aromas. The palate delivers bright citrus, white nectarine and tropical fruit flavors balanced by a striking rocky minerality and a clean, savory finish. Torrontés pairs beautifully with spicy Asian cuisine, ceviche, fish tacos or aromatic curries.
