TASTING NOTES

Bursting with aromas and flavors of tart cherry, cranberry, plum and wild berry, this Slovenian red is lifted by notes of violet, black pepper and a touch of earthy spice. Light to medium-bodied, the palate is juicy and energetic with bright acidity, soft tannin and a savory, herbal finish. It’s best enjoyed with a slight chill alongside grilled sausages, bratwurst or stuffed cabbage rolls.
