TASTING NOTES

This co-ferment white, from low intervention winemaker Matthieu Barret, has an inviting bouquet of white flowers, ripe pear, white peach and fresh citrus. The palate is vibrant and well-balanced, combining juicy orchard fruit and delicate floral nuances with a supple texture, lively acidity and subtle mineral notes ending with a lingering citrus freshness. Enjoy this Southern Rhône white with a rich seafood pasta or Moroccan tangines.
