TASTING NOTES

This Pinot Noir comes from 80-year-old vines in Fixin, a small appellation located within the Côte de Nuits region of Burgundy. Winemaker Maxime Crotet (who trained under Frédéric Cossard at Domaine de Chassorney) consciously chose to 'downgrade' the terroir to create a more accessible wine that still provides a typical Burgundian experience in the glass. Rich and earthy with notes of red berries, pair this wine with a hearty beef stew or roasted chicken.
