TASTING NOTE

Milan Nestarec's Dop is a lively, textural white blend crafted from a solera started in 2019, topped up with each new harvest through at least 2022. It offers fresh aromas and flavors of green apple, citrus peel, white flowers and subtle stone fruit with a mineral undertone. It’s crisp and vibrant with zesty acidity and has a gentle texture from large barrel aging with a clean, dry lingering finish. Enjoy this zippy white with poké bowls, grilled chicken Caesar salads or a decadent macaroni and cheese dish.
