TASTING NOTES

The Hedonista is made using a multi-vintage solera system (blending juice from the 2021, 2022, and 2023 harvests), followed by a short 3 day whole cluster skin contact maceration. The result is an expressive, textured white wine that balances bright tropical fruit with savory complexity. Notes of pineapple, citrus and spice play on a soft, round palate with a touch of mineral and lightly saline nuances emerging towards the finish. It's playful and energetic built to be fun and immediately drinkable.
