TASTING NOTES

Scheurebe (SHOY-ray-buh) is known for its bright aromatic character and is primarily grown in Germany and Austria. The MC scheurebe is crisp and dry with aromas that are reminiscent of fresh cut herbs, crushed stones and green fruit. Flavors of grapefruit, lime, ocean spray and a touch of acacia blossom glide over the palate with a refreshing finish. This is a sauv blanc lover's next go-to. Enjoy it with salads, omelets or fish tacos.
