Founded in 2014, Nebraie was born out of a desire to revive the mountainous wine territory while paying respect to the biodiversity of the region. The organic vineyard hosts about 30 beehives amidst its sprawling holdings of Timarosso vines - an ancient Italian varietal that was brought back from the brink of extinction by dedicated Piedmontese vinters in the 1980s. Bertumè is an energetic white, bursting with aromas of quince, orange blossom and Mediterranean scrub. Zesty citrus and juicy stone fruit unfold on the palate, culminating in a silky honey-like finish.
