TASTING NOTES

This historic winery that was once run for generations by men is now entrusted to the daughters of Giacomo Oddero, Mariacristina and Mariavittoria. Their Barbera offers a palate brimming with black cherries, dark plums, black licorice, perfumed violets, hints of earth and silky tannin with terrific acidity. It's a very versatile food wine and would pair heavenly with mushroom risotto, grilled meats and braised vegetables.
