Oka Kura 'Japanese Bermutto' Sake Vermouth

The Bermutto is a novel take on a classic fortified wine using Junmai sake, shochu and four Japanese botanicals which include yomogi (Japanese mugwort), yuzu, kabosu (a high-acid citrus fruit) and sansho peppercorn. It has aromas of fruit, sage and hints of yeast with notes of grapefruit, peach, guava, lavender and plum on the palate.
