La Boutanche is the collaboration between importer Selection Massale and natural winemakers to bring affordable 'glou glou' wine to the market. It's basically pure unadulterated wine that has native yeast fermentations, low or zero SO2 additions with no additional additives. Oliver Minot's 'La Boutanche' Gamay is a delicious blend of red berry sorbet, a hint of fresh tilled earth and soft, black tea tannins. It's complex, balanced and inviting and would be a tasty match with grilled meats or lightly spicy, earthy chili beans.
