4th generation winemaker Hoss Milone has returned to the vineyard where in 1943 his grandfather once tilled the land. Using traditional Italian varietals, this wine is as robust as a slice of Porchetta. The bouquet is brimming with notes of fig, tobacco and clay while the palate is balanced with aspects of plum, leather, and dried rose petals. Pair this wine with the previously mentioned Porchetta, stuffed shells or Parmesan risotto.
