"Que Syrah, Syrah what ever will be, will be" Grown by husband and wife team, Sashi and Melissa Moorman, they try to create Northern Rhone style wines in beautiful Lompoc, California. The owners of a bakery as well, the Moormans use only native yeasts and as little sulfur as possible in the wine making process. Aromas of currant, black pepper and liquorice permeate the nostrils. On the tongue you will find flavors of plum, blueberries and believe it or not, black olives. Pair this wine with Carolina pulled pork, pear and gorgonzola pizza or roast leg of lamb.
