TASTING NOTES

Pielihueso or skin and bones was created in 2017 by father and daughter duo Celina and Alejandro Bartolome. The wines are all farmed organically and made with no corrections, fermented with native yeast and a low addition of sulfur is added just before bottling. The Los Sauces No2 offers aromas of strawberry and cherry fruits accented by a light note of chocolate. It sees no oak and has smooth, silky tannin and brings fresh, juicy fruit and spice to the palate. Sip this on its own or savor it with an antipasto platter.
