TASTING NOTES

This refreshing cofermented white has an aromatic bouquet that reveals the delicate floral notes from Torrontés, complemented by the crisp, herbaceous notes of Sauvignon Blanc and the subtle fruitiness of Chardonnay. A crisp palate reveals sliced apple, pear blossom and lemon zest with undertones of white jasmine balanced by vibrant acidity and faint mineral notes. It can be served with coconut curry fish, dim sum or a Thai green papaya salad.
