Pimm's No. 1 Cup Gin Apéritif

Pimm's No. 1 is a gin-based liquor made in England from dry gin, liqueur, fruit juices and spices. It was created in 1859 by the English oyster bar owner James Pimm. This British beverage is almost as much a tradition as the cup of tea, and the British down the gin-based drink by the gallon during the summer months. Traditionally enjoyed with lemonade or ginger ale over ice.
