TASTING NOTES
This crisp, dry rosé is made from the Lagrein grape, native to the Alto-Adige region of northeastern Italy and grown on steep terraces situated around the Bolzano-Basin. Cultivated biodynamically and in harmony with nature, the focus on the Pranzegg farm is the holistic agriculture approach, bees, sheeps, cats, family-workers, garden and wines. This rosé has a lovely nose with scents of red flowers, wild strawberry and orange peel. A vibrate palate reveals red currant, red berries, rose petals and aromatic herbs with fine tannin and delicate acidity. It's a stunning rosé and would be a special way to start your evening.
