TASTING NOTES

This soft, medium-bodied red has an intense nose of wild berries with light spicy notes. It is harmonious and balanced in the mouth with ripe blackberry, raspberry jam, licorice and black pepper with soft tannin. Primitivo is the perfect companion to sharp cheddar and smoked gouda, a spicy pasta or braised lamb.
