Since 2015, Qvevri Wine Cellar has been reviving a 350-year-old winemaking tradition rooted in the ancient Georgian method of fermenting wine in qvevris—large clay jars buried underground. Drawing on generations of ancestral knowledge and its own extensive experience, the company blends time-honored techniques with modern technology to produce premium Georgian wines.
After fermentation, the wine matures in qvevris for 4–5 months without interruption. The result is a wine rich with fruity aromas, hints of dried fruits, and a smooth, velvety texture that makes each sip a unique and delightful experience.
